Havanese Information

This page is under construction. We will be adding information soon!

Havanese were never bred to do anything but be companions and so are highly successful at being companions. They truly excel at being wonderful family members. They will do well in a variety of home environments and don't require a large space for exercise. Havanese are wonderful with children and everyone appreciates the fact that they are hypo-allergenic and non-shedding. They are also dogs that appreciate some quiet lap time and do very well in quieter homes without children. They quickly adjust to new environments and seem to be happy no matter what the situation as long as they have at least one person to love and watch over. We have a very busy home and love to bring Fenella with us on outings. She always enjoys whatever it is we are doing and I think the same is true of every well bred/ well socialized Havanese I have met. I don't know how you stumbled upon this breed but congratualtions on discovering them! Keep on  doing research and feel free to call me. I would love to share what I know about this wonderful breed with you! I'll continue to add new information to this site. I'm still trying to get it up and running.

We met our first Havanese through our friends at Havin Fun Havanese and quickly fell in love with this wonderful breed.
We are the only people Havin Fun has ever placed a puppy with full registration with. If you have ever talked with Jessica at Havin Fun you know how protective she is over her pups. We are thankful she trusted us with our precious girl and thankful she helped us choose such a fine example of the Havanese breed.  We are ethical breeders that are interested in building a high quality line and having a positive influence on the breed for years to come. In choosing a good breeder it is always important to find someone pursuing a very high standard. Don't be afraid to ask lots of questions! If the breeder isn't willing to answer questions it's probably because they know they have the wrong answers in their kennel and have not taken the time to educate themselves or try to breed to improve the Havanese breed.
